TERMS & CONDITIONS
general:
- to commission me, please reach out to me through twitter so that i may provide my email to you
- all payments will be handled through paypal or ko-fi before commission begins
- i will send the client a link only once we have discussed the details of the commission
- refunds will be processed off of the following conditions:
- refunds may only be requested up to two days after finished product is delivered
- only 70% of the commission will be refunded (these commissions take time)
- must have maintained communication throughout the duration of the commission
- piece may not be posted before or after refund request
- chargebacks are not permitted and will be blacklisted
- i, null, reserve the right to post wips, updates, and the finished product to my social medias and/or portfolio unless specified otherwise by the client beforehandfor paintings and sketches:
- may be used for personal use
- must notify for commercial use prior to commissioning me and may only be used for commercial purposes with my, null’s, explicit permission
- if posted on social media, must be tagged or credited
- expect to wait up to 2-3 weeks for productfor vtuber models:
- the model itself or its file may not be sold or transferred at any point in time
- any use, display, or showcase of models must be accompanied by credit to me, null, on the same page
- payment for model will be done in two payments
- the first payment will be half the total amount and will be paid before the start of the commission, and the rest will be paid in full once the model is complete
- expect to wait up to 4-5 weeks for product
